What you can expect during the
Our year begins in
the early spring as we prepare our greenhouse and cold frames for cool season crops like lettuce, greens, radishes, spring
onions, beets and peas. As we move through the season we continue to add turnips, kohlrabi, cabbage, broccoli, rhubarb,
leeks and new potatoes. The warm weather of the summer season, offers our tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, peppers, sweet corn, edamame, squash,
okra, & eggplant a chance to grow.
into the fall and winter, we continue to provide our greens, and the cool season crops of spring. In winter, storage crops,
such as, winter squash, leeks, carrots, parsnips, potatoes, onions, and cabbage rounds out the year.
Fresh herbs (throughout the season) include basil,
rosemary, chives, sage, garlic chives, cilantro, French tarragon, mint.
